APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR ARMA 2012

The response to ARMA 2012 has been enormous. We have received over 150 applications.

All the judges really enjoyed reading the proposals and were very impressed with the overall standard and quality. Many artists whose work we found outstanding were not chosen because we felt there were others more suitable to this year's project. There were many applications we felt might be more successful with a different project.

The Award was given to Dan Knight who will be making a large sculpture with plastic bottles on the roof top of the school.

We hope everyone who applied will continue to follow the Award which from 2013 will be run in conjunction with engage, the leading charity for museum and gallery education.
